Looking for a full-day activity where your child is actively engaged, learning new skills, and creating multiple artworks β not just doing basic craft?
Our School Holiday Art Classes are structured, guided programs designed to give students a full day of creative learning using a variety of materials and techniques.
Unlike many holiday programs that focus on simple activities, each session at Sharz Art Design is planned to ensure students complete multiple structured projects and are supported throughout the entire day.

Most basic holiday programs offer one or two simple activities.
Our students complete a full day of guided creative work with real outcomes.

- Location: Constitution Hill Studio
- Time: 10:00am β 4:00pm
- All materials included
Early Childhood (Ages 4 – 8) –Β Tuesday 14th July
Primary (Ages 8 to 12) – Wednesday 15th July
Teen (Ages 12+) – Thursday 16th July
Minimum enrolment of 4 students is required for each workshop to proceed.
If a session does not reach minimum numbers, families will be notified in advance and offered an alternative date or full refund.

Optional:
- Early drop-off (9:00am): $15
- Late pick-up (5:00pm): $15

Early Childhood (4 - 8 yrs)
Tuesday 14th July
β What they will do:
- Create colourful marble roll paintings
- Make slime
- Build a miniature fairy garden scene
- Create clay animal sculptures
- Explore glow and neon-inspired artworks
- Learn step-by-step character drawing inspired by PokΓ©mon and popular cute characters
- Complete painting, collage, and mixed media activities
- Build confidence using a variety of art materials and techniques
Primary (8-12 yrs)
Wednesday 15th July
β What they will do:
- Learn anime and character drawing techniques
- Create an acrylic canvas painting
- Explore mixed media layering and collage
- Experiment with sculpture and 3D construction
- Complete creative art challenges and drawing prompts
- Learn shading, colour mixing, and composition techniques
- Work across a variety of materials and surfaces
This workshop balances creativity with skill-building and encourages students to explore different ways of creating artwork.
Teen (12+ yrs)
Thursday 16th July
β What they will do:
- Complete realistic and observational drawing exercises
- Explore manga and anime illustration techniques
- Learn advanced shading and tonal rendering
- Experiment with acrylic painting techniques
- Develop concept ideas and composition skills
- Work on guided portfolio-style projects
- Receive individual feedback and support throughout the day
This workshop encourages technical growth, creative thinking, and confidence while giving students the opportunity to work in a more mature studio environment.
