Digital Products Policy

Digital Products

Sharz Art sells digital products, including downloadable PDF art resources and educational materials.

As these products are supplied digitally, there is no physical product to return.

Change of Mind

Because digital products are delivered electronically, we do not generally offer refunds where a customer has simply changed their mind, purchased the wrong product, or decided they no longer want the product after purchase.

Please check the product description and details before completing your purchase to make sure you are purchasing the product you require.

Problems with a Digital Product

We want you to receive the product you purchased in a usable and accessible form.

If you experience a problem with your digital product, such as:

  • the file is corrupted or cannot be opened
  • the download link does not work
  • the file supplied is materially different from the product description
  • you receive an incorrect file

Please contact us at enquiries@sharzartdesign.com.

Where appropriate, we will work with you to resolve the problem, which may include providing a replacement copy or another appropriate remedy.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Refund & Returns Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our digital products are covered by the consumer guarantees that apply to products supplied to Australian consumers. If a product does not meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances and the nature of the problem.

These rights apply regardless of whether a digital product has been downloaded or accessed.

How to Request Assistance

If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact:

enquiries@sharzartdesign.com

Please include your name, the email address used for your purchase, your order number and a brief description of the problem. Where relevant, you may also be asked to provide information or screenshots that help us identify the issue with the digital file.

We will assess the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed back to the original payment method, subject to the requirements of the Australian Consumer Law and the payment provider’s processing time.
